Your satisfaction is always our top priority. We work with our vendor partners to guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return. Please note that all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which will be emailed to you along with the instructions to return your order. Please read through our Cancelation, Replacement and Return Policies.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received before your order has shipped out. Simply email us to request cancellation and we will attempt to cancel your order with the manufacturer. Please not if the manufacturer confirms your order has shipped out we will email you to let you know the cancellation request was not possible. All cancellations when cancelled will be confirmed in writing. If you have not received a cancellation confirmation your order has not been cancelled. If your order ships out and it is refused you will be responsible for any return fees associated with the refused shipment. This includes any return shipping fees and restocking fees. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all refused or returned shipments.
Return Policy
Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. Items that have been partially or fully assembled or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all accessories and literature. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents. We do not accept returns on customized orders such as custom printed products.
If the wrong product was shipped to you in error, please notify us within five (5) days of receiving your order. If we confirm that you did in fact receive the wrong product we will contact the manufacturer and have that shipment returned and the correct merchandise shipped out free of charge. However, if we confirm that the correct product was delivered to you but you are not satisfied with it, do not like it, or ordered the wrong product and wish to return the product, you are responsible for the shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total credit once the merchandise has been returned. We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged. The restocking fee may be waived if you place a replacement order of equal or greater value at our online store at the time of return, not necessarily for the same item.
Exchanges
We will gladly assist you with an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your product or if an order was placed in error. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee but the restocking fee will be waived if a new order is placed.
Refunds
Product Refunds - To qualify for a refund, our Return Conditions and Return and Exchange Instructions must be followed. If our steps are not followed, a refund will be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of any missing items. Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Team.
Shipping Refunds - Shipping charges on returns are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by customs or brokerage fees.
Replacement Policy
If your merchandise arrives defective or damage in any way we will assist you with a replacement free of charge. Simply contact us to let us know that your item arrived defective or damaged and we will assist you in getting a replacement. If you do not wish to receive a free replacement the merchandise can be returned but you will be responsible for the return fees associated with the return as per our Standard Return Policy.
Return Instructions
We have created a hassle-free Return and Exchange process with step-by-step guidelines for your convenience. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return or exchange will be accepted without an RMA Number.
2. Once your RMA request is submitted, you will receive an email within 2 business days with Return Instructions and Merchandise Return Summary which contains an RMA number that is valid for 30 business days. Please note you must forward the return tracking so that we may confirm the package has been returned and credit can be issued.
3. Pack the item securely using as much of the original packing material that was left. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping back of the product. Please use carriers that offer delivery notification such as UPS, USPS, DHL or FedEx. Using one of these carriers will make shipment tracking possible. Please be sure to insure the package for full value of the merchandise. The merchandise is still your property until it returned back to the manufacturer and we are not responsible for any shipping damages occurring at this point.
4. You will an email notification as soon as the return has been processed and credit has been issued per our Standard Return Policy.
All returns are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 2-4 business days. Credit card companies vary in their processes of posting credits back to your account.
Policy Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
* If an item has been assembled, we are unable to accept its return.
