Pilates Body Fitness is a boutique studio focusing on individual and small group pilates instruction in a warm and serene setting. Pilates Body Fitness offers training in the Pilates matwork as well as on the reformer, trapeze table (cadillac), chair, barrels and ped-o-pul. Pilates Body Fitness offers small group classes in addition to private and semi-private training and is open 7 days a week, by appointment. Located just 4 blocks away from Green Lake, the studio is also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Roosevelt Way. Free street parking is readily available.
Pilates body conditioning establishes a dialogue between mind and body, building intelligent muscle memory. Students of Pilates gain longer, stronger muscles, increased core stability, joint mobility, coordination and flexibility!
Pilates Body Fitness offers a warm and welcoming environment with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The studio is equipped with a full reformer/trapeze table, 3 half-trapeze/reformers, ladder barrel, 4 chairs, ped-o-pul and more! Group classes are small, giving each student more personal attention and instruction during the workout.
