People are passionate about our cakes, not just for their unique designs, but also for their delicious taste and moist texture. Each cake is handcrafted from scratch using only the finest ingredients: Dutch-process cocoa, bittersweet European chocolates, real fresh fruits and pure butter.
Our specialty is custom-designed wedding and celebration cakes that are both sophisticated works of art and mouthwatering, memorable desserts.
The Design Process
Owner and cake designer Sonya Hong personally meets with every client to discuss the style and theme of their event. She welcomes your ideas and often takes cues from an invitation, a dress, a favorite item or event décor. Her Burlingame cake studio is filled with plenty of inspiration -- an extensive portfolio, the display gallery and library of design books. Sonya often sketches ideas so clients can visualize their dream cake and participate in the design process. At tasting sessions, clients savor sample-sized portions of our scrumptious homemade cakes and fillings.
